I threw these together with a few ingredients I found lying around the fridge. I used an air fryer, which results in super crispy fries in no time, but if you don't have one you could bake them in a hot oven. You can mix it up by adding whatever ingredients you have to hand.

Ingredients
200 g carrots, cut into batons
10 g grated parmesan
1 tbsp olive oil
10 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
salt and pepper
Method
1. Place the carrot batons in a large bowl. Add the parmesan, oil, parsley and chilli flakes. 2. Using a garlic crusher, crush the garlic into the bowl along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Give the carrots a good mix ensuring everything is well combined.
3. Place in your air fryer (or preheated oven) and cook at 200⁰C for 10-15 minutes, or until really crispy, golden and tender in the middle.
